Munchi Pancakes began in 2016 at a small coffeeshop in Yishun selling only peanut and coconut flavours Min Jiang Kueh. It was founded by three friends from primary school who shared a passion for food. They decided to take over their parents’ MJK stall and fell in love with making MJK. Through extensive research and development, the founders were able to create fluffy pancake skins with a range of innovative and delicious flavors, which helped them gradually introduce more modern offerings that appealed to a wider audience.
