Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards 2017: Green Mark Pearl Award
The BCA Green Mark Pearl Award is a recognition of the partnership between the landlord and the tenants in a building towards achieving a sustainable operating environment.
It embodies the efforts of both the landlord in providing the basic green infra-structures such as the centralized air-conditioning and water features, and the individual tenants to adopt sustainable practices inside their premises through their fitting out works and operational procedures.
City Square Mall is the first Retail Mall in Singapore to receive the BCA Green Mark Pearl Award, with at least 50% of the tenants individually certified under the BCA Green Mark Interior criteria.
